How to Return
Currently we don't accept return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or doesn’t fit juuust right, you can! In fact if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Chic-Imagination purchase, we will give you 14 days to return your goodies for web credit but keep in mind Chic-Imagination does not refund your shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only have one piece of every unique item. No exchange except size.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Once you have made your Chic-Imagination purchase online we will send you a confirmation email regarding your order along with a receipt for your payment. We try our very best to send your goodies within two business days, if for some reason we expect it may take longer we will let you know.
International Shipping
Currently Don't accept.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information regarding taxes and duties.
